Tina Treacy the creator behind CSI Parties, successfully gained employment as a forensic scientist after completing a degree in Crime Scene Science at Teesside University in 2004. Tina voluntarily dabbled with offering free science workshops to local children in her spare time– continually testing projects and ideas back in 2004. Shortly after this, she launched a business and this quickly became very popular, winning numerous awards. Tina’s business continued to grow, gaining credible backing from TV and media including: working withMomentum Pictures who produced the TV program CSIand corporate clients like the F1 Williams team.
Tina took CSI worldwide, to India in 2009 and then to Australia in 2012; re-developing the project and aligning it with the Australian curriculum for all key stages. This project started from an initial idea and was then shared with Australia Museum in Sydney: this proved very successful and is still running today. Tina closed the business down in the UK in anticipation of moving to Australia however things did not go to plan and she remained in the UK and re-trained as a Safeguarding Social Worker. However, she never forgot her passion for science and is now ready to give it a go again, Tina has launched a redevelopment in 2019 with new project: CSI Parties.
Sally Bhatti joined the team in 2019 to help develop the business and reach new audiences.
